Role Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and research-oriented individual with a Doctorate/PhD to join our team as an eCommerce Operations Specialist. This role will focus on optimizing our online presence and operations, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance customer experience and drive business growth within the architecture and interior design sector. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies that streamline our digital sales channels and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze eCommerce sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement in product presentation, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Develop and implement operational improvements for the online store, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service processes.
Conduct in-depth research on emerging eCommerce technologies and platforms relevant to the interior design industry and propose integration strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, IT) to ensure seamless online customer journeys and effective product launches.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on eCommerce performance, insights, and recommendations for senior management.
Utilize advanced analytical skills to forecast demand, optimize stock levels, and reduce operational costs.
