You will be instrumental in supporting the smooth functioning of our online sales channels, ensuring efficient order processing and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and updating product listings on various eCommerce platforms.
- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to prevent stockouts.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online orders.
- Generate reports on sales performance, order fulfillment, and customer feedback.
- Support the execution of online marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Logistics) to ensure seamless eCommerce operations.
