Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented M.Tech graduate with 0-2 years of experience to join our eCommerce Operations team in Nagpur. This role will be instrumental in supporting and optimizing our digital lending and customer onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical acumen to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the seamless functioning of our online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and monitoring various aspects of the company's eCommerce operations, including online application processing and digital customer journeys.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify and implement process improvements for online operations.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and areas for enhancement in our digital platforms.
- Support the troubleshooting of any issues related to online transactions, customer portals, or internal operational tools.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of operational documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for eCommerce processes.
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new features and system enhancements related to our digital offerings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all online operational activities.
