The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and have 6 years of relevant experience. This role involves developing and delivering engaging economics curriculum, fostering critical thinking, and preparing students for academic success within the context of the retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive economics lesson plans, incorporating theoretical concepts and practical applications relevant to the retail sector.
- Deliver engaging lectures and facilitate discussions to enhance students' understanding of economic principles, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
- Develop and administer assessments, quizzes, and examinations to evaluate student progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize data analysis and technological tools (leveraging MCA background) to present economic data and trends effectively.
- Provide academic support and mentorship to students, guiding them in their learning journey.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in economics and educational methodologies.
- Collaborate with other educators and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive learning environment.
