EDA Tools Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled EDA Tools Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the Electronic Design Automation (EDA) toolchain used by our design engineers. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our chip design flows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain EDA tools (e.g., Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor Graphics) and associated licenses.
• Develop and script custom solutions to automate design flows and improve engineer productivity.
• Provide technical support to design engineers on EDA tool usage and issues.
• Collaborate with tool vendors to resolve issues, evaluate new tool features, and provide feedback.
• Manage and optimize the EDA environment for performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain documentation for EDA tool configurations, workflows, and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in EDA technologies and methodologies.
