We are seeking a motivated EDA Tools Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree and a strong understanding of Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools and methodologies. This role involves supporting and enhancing our design workflows, ensuring the efficient use of EDA software, and collaborating with hardware design teams to meet project timelines and quality standards. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our design processes and contributing to the development of innovative hardware solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage, configure, and maintain EDA toolchains (e.g., Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor Graphics) for digital and mixed-signal design.
2. Develop and implement scripts (e.g., Python, Perl, Tcl) for automating design tasks, flows, and verification processes.
3. Provide technical support and training to hardware design engineers on EDA tools and best practices.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EDA tool installations, licenses, and performance.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define tool requirements and evaluate new EDA technologies.
6. Contribute to the development and maintenance of design methodologies and flows.
7. Stay updated with the latest advancements in EDA tools and semiconductor design.
