EDA Tools Engineer (BBA/BBM Required) - Thiruvananthapuram

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented EDA Tools Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is crucial for supporting our engineering and design processes by managing and optimizing Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business administration principles and a keen interest in the aviation industry, coupled with the ability to manage complex software environments and support engineering workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and support a suite of EDA software tools used by our design and verification teams.
• Manage software licenses, installations, upgrades, and patches for EDA tools.
• Develop and maintain scripts for automating common EDA tool tasks and workflows.
• Provide technical support and training to engineers on the effective use of EDA tools.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal IT teams to resolve tool-related issues and ensure system stability.
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of new EDA tools and technologies.
• Monitor tool usage and performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Manage project timelines and resource allocation for tool deployment and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices for software management.
