Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Editor with 3-4 years of experience in Editing (Print / Online / Electronic) to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Sc degree and have a strong understanding of technical documentation within the railway industry. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and consistency of various written materials, from technical manuals to online content, supporting our critical railway projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, edit, and proofread technical documents, reports, specifications, and presentations for accuracy, grammar, style, and adherence to company standards.
Ensure consistency in terminology, formatting, and tone across all print and digital content related to railway projects.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and project managers to ensure technical content is accurate and understandable.
Develop and maintain style guides and templates for various documentation types.
Manage content for internal and external websites, ensuring it is up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with company objectives.
Adapt content for different audiences and platforms, including print publications, online articles, and electronic media.
Contribute to the development of training materials and user manuals.
