Editing (Print / Online / Electronic) - Other - Water Treatment / Waste Management (1-3 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Editor to join our team at VA Tech Wabag Ltd. in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, editing, and proofreading various forms of content related to water treatment and waste management. This role requires a strong command of English, excellent grammatical skills, and the ability to adapt content for different platforms (print, online, electronic). You will play a crucial role in ensuring the clarity, accuracy, and consistency of our technical documentation, marketing materials, and online publications. This position is suitable for individuals with 1-3 years of experience and a postgraduate degree in any discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and edit technical reports, proposals, manuals, and presentations for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to style guides.

Proofread marketing collateral, website content, social media posts, and press releases.

Ensure consistency in terminology, tone, and formatting across all published materials.

Collaborate with technical writers, engineers, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deadlines.

Adapt and reformat content for various platforms, including print publications, websites, and digital media.

Fact-check information and ensure the accuracy of technical data presented.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of company style guides and editorial standards.
