Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Editor-in-Chief to lead our scientific publications and communications strategy. The Editor-in-Chief will be responsible for overseeing the content, quality, and strategic direction of all editorial outputs, ensuring alignment with our company's mission and scientific advancements in the clinical research and contract research sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of scientific publishing, editorial best practices, and the ability to manage a team of editors and content creators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive editorial strategy that supports the company's scientific and business objectives.
• Oversee the editorial calendar, ensuring timely and high-quality publication of research papers, review articles, white papers, and other scientific content.
• Manage and mentor a team of editors, copyeditors, and scientific writers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
