Editor In Chief

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Editor-in-Chief to lead our legal publications and content strategy. The Editor-in-Chief will be responsible for overseeing the editorial direction, quality, and production of all legal content, ensuring it aligns with the firm's reputation for excellence and thought leadership in the Indian legal landscape. This role requires a deep understanding of legal principles, exceptional editorial acumen, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive editorial strategy for all legal publications, including articles, white papers, case studies, and online content.
• Manage and mentor a team of legal editors, writers, and researchers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Ensure the accuracy, clarity, and legal soundness of all published content, adhering to the highest standards of legal scholarship and journalistic integrity.
• Identify emerging legal trends and topics relevant to the Indian market and commission content accordingly.
• Oversee the entire publication process, from content ideation and assignment to editing, proofreading, and final production.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote legal content and enhance the firm's brand visibility.
• Manage editorial budgets and resources effectively.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices in legal publishing and content management.
