Editor In Chief

Prana Studios is seeking a visionary and experienced Editor In Chief to lead our editorial team and shape the narrative direction of our animated projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to inspire and guide a team of editors and story artists. This role is crucial in ensuring the creative vision and quality standards are met throughout the post-production process.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the editorial process for all animated projects, from rough cut to final delivery.

Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and creative leads to define and maintain the editorial vision.

Guide and mentor the editorial team, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative environment.

Ensure continuity, pacing, and emotional impact are optimized in all edits.

Review and approve edits at various stages of production.

Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in editing and post-production.

Troubleshoot and resolve any editorial challenges that arise.
