Editor-in-Chief

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Editor-in-Chief to lead our gaming content division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the editorial direction, overseeing content creation, and ensuring the highest quality of published material across all our gaming platforms and publications. This role requires a deep understanding of the gaming industry, a passion for storytelling, and strong leadership skills to manage a team of writers, editors, and content creators.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive editorial strategy aligned with the company's vision and market trends.
• Manage and mentor a team of content creators, including writers, editors, and multimedia producers.
• Oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality content, including game reviews, news articles, features, interviews, and video scripts.
• Maintain editorial integrity, accuracy, and adherence to style guides.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure content supports business objectives.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the global and Indian gaming industry.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all editorial outputs.
• Analyze content performance metrics and use insights to optimize future content strategies.
