EHS Officer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Officer to join our team. The EHS Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive EHS programs to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and to foster a safe and healthy working environment for all employees and stakeholders within our industrial automation operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs in line with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Organize and deliver EHS training programs to employees at all levels.
• Maintain accurate EHS records, including incident reports, inspection logs, and training documentation.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external agencies on EHS matters.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations related to waste management, emissions, and pollution control.
