Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced EHS Officer to ensure a safe and healthy working environment across our manufacturing facilities. The EHS Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures to comply with all relevant regulations and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive EHS policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national environmental and safety regulations.
- Organize and conduct EHS training programs for employees.
- Manage waste disposal and environmental monitoring processes.
- Maintain EHS records and prepare relevant reports.
- Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
