EHS Officer - Corporate (Vijayawada)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced EHS Officer to join our corporate team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree and 3-4 years of experience in implementing and managing Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs within a manufacturing environment. This role is crucial for ensuring a safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Conduct regular EHS audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Investigate EHS incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports and implement preventive measures.

Organize and deliver EHS training programs to employees at all levels.

Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental regulations, including waste management, emissions control, and pollution prevention.

Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization and encourage employee participation in EHS initiatives.

Maintain EHS records, documentation, and reporting systems.

Liaise with regulatory authorities and external agencies on EHS matters.
