Electrical Engineer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems for our real estate projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and their application in the construction and infrastructure domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical systems for residential, commercial, and retail projects, including power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems.
• Prepare electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications using relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Conduct site inspections to ensure the quality of electrical installations and adherence to design specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other project stakeholders to integrate electrical systems seamlessly.
• Manage and oversee electrical contractors, ensuring timely completion of work and adherence to safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during construction and post-construction phases.
• Ensure compliance with Indian electrical codes (e.g., NEC, IS standards) and local regulations.
• Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and project documentation.
