Job Description
Role Summary: The Electrician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment within TCS facilities in India. This role ensures the safe and efficient operation of all electrical infrastructure, supporting the company's IT operations and employee workspaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Perform routine inspections of electrical systems to identify and correct potential issues.
- Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and outages, and implement prompt and effective repairs.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ensure all electrical work is performed safely and adheres to company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Collaborate with other facilities management staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage inventory of electrical supplies and tools.
