Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and diligent Electrocardiogram Technician with 3-4 years of experience and a B.Sc degree to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. This role involves performing ECG tests and ensuring accurate data collection to support the health and well-being of our employees within the automotive manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cardiac physiology and ECG equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Electrocardiogram (ECG) tests on employees as per established protocols.
- Prepare patients for ECG procedures, explaining the process and ensuring their comfort.
- Accurately attach electrodes to the patient's body and ensure proper placement for optimal signal acquisition.
- Operate ECG machines and other diagnostic equipment, ensuring they are calibrated and in good working order.
- Monitor patients during the ECG procedure and report any abnormalities to the supervising physician.
- Record patient information, test results, and any relevant observations accurately in the patient's medical record.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is sterilized and properly stored.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and report any significant issues to the maintenance department.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control policies and procedures.
- Assist with other related duties as assigned by the medical supervisor.
