Electronics Installer / Repairman

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electronics Installer / Repairman to join our technical support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic equipment used in our educational programs and corporate offices across India. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and set up various electronic devices and systems, including computers, projectors, interactive whiteboards, and audio-visual equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and diagnostics on electronic equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning electronic devices and systems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Respond to service requests and technical support tickets in a timely manner.
• Maintain an inventory of electronic components and spare parts, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Document all installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines during all operations.
• Provide basic training to end-users on the operation of newly installed equipment.
