Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electronics Installer / Repairman with 1-2 years of experience and a B.Des degree to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various electronic devices and systems that support our banking and payment infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of electronic components, troubleshooting techniques, and a commitment to ensuring the seamless operation of our technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and test new electronic equipment, including point-of-sale (POS) systems, payment terminals, and network devices.
- Perform routine maintenance and diagnostic checks on existing electronic systems to prevent failures.
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty electronic components and systems, identifying root causes of issues.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints for installation and repair procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure all installations and repairs adhere to safety standards and company policies.
- Provide technical support to end-users regarding electronic device operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the IT and operations teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in electronic technology and repair techniques.
