Electronics Installer / Repairman Job Opportunity - Consumer Electronics & Appliances

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electronics Installer / Repairman with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Surat. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless installation and efficient repair of our consumer electronics and appliances, directly impacting customer satisfaction. While the primary focus is on technical expertise, a background in Commerce (M.Com) is required, indicating an understanding of business operations and financial aspects relevant to service delivery and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and set up various consumer electronic devices and appliances according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with electronic equipment, identifying root causes of malfunctions.

Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components, ensuring the optimal functioning of devices.

Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding product usage and maintenance.

Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and parts used, contributing to inventory management and service reporting.

Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during service calls and in the workshop.

Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.

Assist in managing service inventory, tracking parts, and ensuring availability for repairs.
