Electronics Technician - Farm Equipment

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electronics Technician to join our team at Mahindra Agri Solutions Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic systems and components within our agricultural machinery and equipment. This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of our advanced farming technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and test electronic control systems, sensors, and communication modules on farm equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic malfunctions and failures in various agricultural machinery.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of electronic components to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Repair or replace faulty electronic parts, including circuit boards, wiring harnesses, and control units.
- Interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and manuals to guide installation and repair processes.
- Maintain detailed records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards during all operations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to field operators and service teams on electronic systems.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in agricultural electronics and technology.
