Email Marketing Specialist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing email marketing campaigns to drive user engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness for Naukri.com. You will play a crucial part in nurturing our user base and supporting our recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create engaging and persuasive email content, including subject lines, body copy, and calls-to-action.
• Segment email lists and personalize campaigns for different audience segments.
• Manage email campaigns from conception to deployment using our ESP (Email Service Provider).
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates), and provide regular reports.
• Conduct A/B testing on various email elements to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
