Email Marketing Specialist - Iron & Steel

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Email Marketing Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team at JSW Steel. The ideal candidate will have an MBA/PGDM and a proven track record of developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns within a corporate environment. This role is crucial for enhancing our customer engagement and driving lead generation within the Iron & Steel sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive email marketing strategies to support business objectives.
- Segment customer databases to deliver targeted and personalized email campaigns.
- Create engaging and compelling email content, including copy, subject lines, and calls-to-action, tailored for the B2B audience in the steel industry.
- Design and execute A/B tests for subject lines, content, and send times to optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key email marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, ROI).
- Manage email marketing platforms and ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, local Indian laws).
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align email campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and the Iron & Steel industry.
