Emergency Department Nurse

Role Summary: Provide immediate medical care and support to employees experiencing medical emergencies within the corporate environment. This role is crucial for ensuring timely and effective response to health crises, maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patient conditions and provide immediate medical care in emergency situations.

Administer first aid, CPR, and other life-saving interventions as needed.

Stabilize patients before the arrival of advanced medical support or transfer to a hospital.

Manage and maintain medical supplies and equipment in the on-site clinic or emergency response kit.

Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately.

Liaise with external emergency services (ambulance, hospitals) for patient transfer and care coordination.

Educate employees on basic health and safety measures.

Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
