Emergency Department Nurse (LLB Required) - Bangalore

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Emergency Department Nurse to join our team at VA Tech Wabag Limited in Bangalore. This role is unique, requiring a blend of clinical nursing skills and a foundational understanding of legal principles, as evidenced by an LLB degree. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience, demonstrating a strong capacity to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for providing immediate care to patients in emergency situations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and assisting in the documentation and reporting of incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patient conditions and provide immediate, appropriate nursing care in emergency scenarios.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.

Monitor vital signs and patient responses to treatment, reporting changes to the supervising physician.

Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, including medical history, treatments, and observations.

Assist in coordinating patient care with other healthcare professionals and departments.

Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Utilize your LLB knowledge to understand and ensure adherence to relevant health and safety regulations, and assist in incident reporting and documentation.

Participate in emergency preparedness drills and contribute to the development of emergency response plans.
