Employee Health and Safety Management (3-5 Yrs) at Vector Software Solutions

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Health and Safety Management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and practices, particularly within a dynamic startup environment. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe and healthy workplace for all employees, supporting our operations in the hardware and networking domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive health and safety programs and policies.

Conduct regular risk assessments, site inspections, and safety audits to identify potential hazards.

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian health and safety legislation and standards.

Develop and deliver health and safety training to employees at all levels.

Maintain accurate records of safety training, inspections, incidents, and other relevant data.

Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.

Liaise with relevant authorities and external bodies on health and safety matters.

Advise management on health and safety best practices and areas for improvement.
