Employee Health and Safety Officer

Role Summary: The Employee Health and Safety Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive health and safety programs to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all employees at PharmEasy. This role is crucial in maintaining compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and promoting a proactive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential hazards in the workplace.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Organize and deliver health and safety training programs for employees.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety legislation and standards.
• Maintain health and safety records and prepare reports for management.
• Promote a positive safety culture throughout the organization.
• Liaise with external regulatory bodies and emergency services as needed.
