We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Employee Health & Safety Trainer to join our team in Vadodara. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent M.Sc graduate passionate about workplace safety and eager to contribute to a safe and healthy working environment. You will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions and supporting the implementation of safety protocols across our manufacturing and operational facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on occupational health and safety standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in the investigation of workplace accidents and incidents, documenting findings and suggesting preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, safety compliance, and incident reports.
- Stay updated with the latest health and safety regulations and industry trends.
- Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization by engaging with employees at all levels.
- Support the EHS department in implementing and maintaining the company's EHS management system.
