Employee Health & Safety Trainer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Health & Safety Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating health and safety training programs to ensure a safe and compliant work environment for all employees across our Indian operations. This role is crucial in fostering a strong safety culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update comprehensive health and safety training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, aligned with Indian regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Conduct regular training sessions for new hires and existing employees on various health and safety topics, such as fire safety, emergency procedures, ergonomics, hazard identification, and safe work practices.
• Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance monitoring.
• Stay updated with the latest health and safety legislation, standards, and best practices in India and internationally.
• Collaborate with HR, facilities management, and other departments to integrate health and safety principles into all aspects of company operations.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and evaluation results.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through communication, awareness campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives.
