Employee Health & Safety Trainer

Role Summary: The Employee Health & Safety Trainer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering comprehensive health and safety training programs to all employees within the organization. This role is crucial in fostering a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update health and safety training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
• Conduct regular training sessions for new hires and existing employees on various health and safety topics (e.g., fire safety, emergency procedures, workplace ergonomics, hazard identification).
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of training attendance and completion.
• Stay updated on the latest health and safety legislation, standards, and best practices in India.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
• Investigate and report on any health and safety incidents or near misses.
