Employee Health & Safety Trainer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Health & Safety Trainer to join our team in Mangalore. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all our employees within our advertising and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive health and safety training programs tailored to our specific industry needs and regulatory requirements. This position is suitable for individuals with 6 years of experience and a strong understanding of workplace safety, with no mandatory graduation requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver engaging training modules on various health and safety topics, including but not limited to fire safety, emergency preparedness, first aid, ergonomics, hazard identification, and accident prevention.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of the workplace to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant Indian safety regulations.
- Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, incident reports, and safety compliance.
- Stay updated on the latest health and safety legislation, best practices, and industry trends, particularly within the advertising and marketing sector.
- Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization by actively engaging with employees and management.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct drills.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on health and safety matters.
- Collaborate with HR and management to integrate health and safety into all aspects of the company's operations.
