Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Health & Safety Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, delivering, and managing comprehensive health and safety training programs for all employees within our textile and apparel manufacturing units. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with all relevant safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging training modules on workplace safety, hazard identification, risk assessment, emergency procedures, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of manufacturing facilities, identifying potential hazards and recommending corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all national and local health and safety regulations, including those specific to the textile and apparel industry.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, safety incidents, and corrective actions taken.
- Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization through awareness campaigns and continuous engagement.
- Investigate workplace accidents and near misses, preparing detailed reports and implementing preventive measures.
- Stay updated on the latest health and safety best practices and regulatory changes.
