Employee Health & Safety Trainer - Design (3-4 Yrs) - Chennai

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Health & Safety Trainer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive health and safety training programs to our employees, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and fostering a safe working environment within our design-focused operations. This role requires a strong understanding of workplace safety principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and deliver engaging health and safety training modules tailored to the specific needs of our design studio and office environment.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards in the workplace, recommending and implementing preventive measures.
• Ensure all training programs comply with Indian occupational health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and employee competency.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization through regular communication and engagement initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in health and safety legislation and best practices.
