Employee Health & Safety Trainer - Fertilizers / Pesticides / Agro chemicals (1-2 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Employee Health & Safety Trainer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training programs focused on ensuring a safe and healthy working environment within our agrochemical manufacturing and distribution facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices, combined with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive health and safety training modules for all employees, covering topics such as chemical handling, emergency response, personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, and general workplace safety.

Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of training sessions, incident reports, and safety compliance documentation.

Assist in the investigation of workplace accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Stay updated on the latest health and safety regulations, industry best practices, and emerging trends in the agrochemical sector.

Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization by engaging employees and management in safety initiatives.

Collaborate with the HR and operations departments to integrate safety training into the onboarding process for new hires.
