Employee Relations Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive and productive work environment by managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the HR department in various employee-centric initiatives. This role is crucial for maintaining harmonious employee relations and contributing to the overall success of our operations in the industrial automation sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve employee grievances and disputes in a fair and timely manner.
- Advise management and employees on company policies and procedures related to employee conduct and labor relations.
- Ensure compliance with all Indian labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct employee relations training for managers and supervisors.
- Manage disciplinary processes and ensure they are conducted in accordance with company policy and legal guidelines.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and legal counsel on complex employee relations issues.
- Analyze employee feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records.
