Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Employee Relations professional to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in managing and enhancing employee relations across the organization. This role involves assisting in the resolution of employee grievances, implementing HR policies, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with 1-6 years of experience and a postgraduate degree to grow within a leading Oil & Gas MNC.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the investigation and resolution of employee grievances and disputes, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Support the development and implementation of employee relations strategies and programs.
- Conduct research and analysis on employee relations trends and best practices.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to employee relations activities.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and legal teams on complex employee relations matters.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and regulations.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and programs.
- Facilitate communication between employees and management.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records.
