Employee Relations Specialist

InnovateEd Solutions is seeking a proactive and empathetic Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR team. This role will be instrumental in fostering a positive and productive work environment, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies, and supporting our employees through various workplace matters. You will be a key point of contact for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and the development of initiatives that promote employee engagement and well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve employee grievances and conflicts with fairness and discretion.
- Advise and support managers on employee relations issues, policy interpretation, and best practices.
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies to enhance engagement and retention.
- Conduct workplace investigations related to policy violations, harassment, and discrimination.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Facilitate communication between employees and management.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures.
- Organize and facilitate employee feedback sessions and surveys.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in employee relations, HR generalist, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
