Role Summary: The Employer Branding Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance ITC Limited's reputation as an employer of choice within the Indian market. This role will focus on attracting top talent by showcasing ITC's unique culture, career opportunities, and employee value proposition across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive employer branding strategies aligned with ITC's business objectives and talent acquisition goals.
- Create compelling content (e.g., social media posts, articles, videos, career pages) that highlights ITC's employee value proposition, culture, and success stories.
- Manage and optimize ITC's employer branding presence on relevant digital platforms, including LinkedIn, company careers site, and other professional networks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, Marketing, Communications) to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Plan and execute employer branding campaigns for key talent segments and specific business units within ITC.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives, providing regular reports and insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in employer branding and talent attraction.
