The ideal candidate will have an M.Pharma degree and a passion for creating and nurturing a positive and attractive employer brand within the healthcare sector. This role will be instrumental in enhancing our organization's reputation as an employer of choice, attracting top talent, and fostering employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to build and promote Manipal Hospitals as a preferred employer brand within the medical services industry.
- Create compelling content for various platforms (social media, careers page, internal communications) that highlights our organizational culture, values, and employee success stories.
- Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive work environment.
- Monitor and analyze employer branding metrics and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support the recruitment process by enhancing candidate experience and employer value proposition communication.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employer branding.
- Assist in developing and implementing internal communication strategies to reinforce employee pride and belonging.
