Employer / Employee Branding Specialist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Employer / Employee Branding Specialist with 2-4 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our team in Coimbatore. This role will be instrumental in shaping and promoting MakeMyTrip as an employer of choice within the travel and tourism industry in India. You will develop and execute strategies to enhance our employer brand, attract top talent, and foster a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employer branding strategies aligned with MakeMyTrip's overall business objectives and values.
- Create compelling content for various platforms (social media, careers page, internal communications) to showcase our company culture, employee stories, and career opportunities.
- Manage and optimize our careers page and social media presence to attract and engage potential candidates.
- Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus drives to promote MakeMyTrip as an employer.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor employer branding efforts, and best practices.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives, using key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Support the development and execution of employee engagement programs that reinforce our employer brand.
