Endocrinologist (M.Des Required) - Surat (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Endocrinologist with a Master of Design (M.Des) qualification to join our dynamic team in Surat. This role is crucial for developing innovative product designs and user experiences within our manufacturing and production division. The ideal candidate will leverage their unique blend of scientific understanding and design thinking to contribute to the creation of advanced manufacturing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, engineering, and manufacturing to translate complex endocrinological concepts into tangible product designs.

Develop user-centered design solutions for products and processes related to endocrine health monitoring and management, ensuring usability and effectiveness.

Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to understand the needs of patients and healthcare providers in the context of manufacturing applications.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts and gather feedback.

Apply principles of endocrinology to inform the design of diagnostic tools, therapeutic devices, or related manufacturing processes.

Ensure design compliance with relevant medical device regulations and industry standards.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in endocrinology, design methodologies, and manufacturing technologies.
