Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team in a role that bridges the energy and mining sectors with our core events and live entertainment business. This position will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing specialized event strategies and projects for clients within the energy and mining industries in India. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of industry knowledge, project management skills, and creative event conceptualization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage end-to-end event solutions for clients in the energy and mining sectors, including conferences, exhibitions, site visits, and corporate events.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities within the energy and mining domain for event services.
• Liaise with clients to understand their objectives, requirements, and brand messaging for event execution.
• Oversee event planning, budgeting, vendor management, logistics, and on-site execution.
• Ensure all events are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance, adhering to industry-specific regulations.
• Collaborate with internal creative, production, and marketing teams to deliver innovative and impactful event experiences.
• Prepare post-event reports, analyze performance metrics, and provide recommendations for future events.
