Engagement Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Engagement Manager to lead and manage client engagements within the aviation industry. The Engagement Manager will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and fostering strong client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of navigating complex aviation operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage multiple client engagements from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
* Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
* Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and clients.
* Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
* Oversee project execution, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
* Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and progress.
* Conduct regular status meetings and provide comprehensive reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
* Manage client expectations and proactively address any issues or concerns.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
* Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the engagement lifecycle.
* Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies for engagement management.
