Engagement Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engagement Manager to oversee and manage client relationships and project delivery within our Animation & VFX division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, driving project success, and fostering long-term partnerships. This role requires a strong understanding of the VFX and animation pipeline, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in project and account management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships built on trust and mutual understanding.
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate closely with internal production teams (VFX artists, animators, supervisors) and external clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating to senior management when necessary.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and production teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and feedback.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
- Manage client expectations and ensure deliverables meet or exceed quality standards.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
