Engagement Manager

Role Summary: The Engagement Manager will be responsible for leading and managing client engagements within the medical devices and equipment sector in India. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. The Engagement Manager will ensure successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple client projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
- Understand client needs and translate them into actionable project plans and solutions.
- Oversee project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
- Prepare and present project status reports, proposals, and other deliverables to clients and internal leadership.
