Engagement Manager (3-4 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Engagement Manager with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Surat. This role is crucial for managing client relationships, project delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction within our IT Services & Consulting division. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Pharma background to understand and contribute to projects with a pharmaceutical or healthcare IT focus, bridging the gap between technical teams and client business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges, translating them into actionable project requirements.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Proactively manage client expectations and communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., technical leads, developers, business analysts) to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for growth and upselling within existing client accounts.
- Utilize analytical skills to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Leverage B.Pharma knowledge to provide insights and ensure project alignment with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulations.
