Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Engagement Manager with 3-5 years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree to join our growing team in Guwahati. The Engagement Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project delivery, and driving business growth within our financial services portfolio. This role requires a strong understanding of client needs, excellent communication, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact.

Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable project plans and service offerings.

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of client engagements, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations, product development) to ensure seamless client service delivery.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of our financial products and services to existing clients.

Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns.

Prepare and present regular reports on client engagement status, performance, and key metrics to senior management.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in financial services and client relationship management.
