We are seeking a motivated and organized Engagement Manager to join our team in Vadodara. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with 1-2 years of experience looking to build a career in the dynamic retail sector. You will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with our partners and ensuring seamless operations, contributing to Westside's continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a primary point of contact for assigned partners, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
Understand partner needs and objectives, and ensure Westside's offerings align with them.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions to partners.
Monitor partner performance and proactively identify areas for improvement or growth.
Assist in developing and implementing engagement strategies.
Prepare and present regular reports on partner engagement and satisfaction.
